Imagine the Invisible In-person

Artist Statement

Painting is how I worship, honor, and talk to God and the process of the visual outcome is how He responds to me. This body of work is some of things we talk about, face together, and oftentimes, deal with. We talk about things like personal healing, drawing nearer to Him, seeking His kingdom, my eternal identity, His visible and invisible creation, His death, hurt, sacrifice, pain, crazy faith, forever hope, embedded trust, His return, and His mysterious glory clouds that He has used as transportation throughout scripture.

For each painting there is a scripture or poem to parallel the thoughts behind the painting. We invite you into our conversation and hope you see something true, something stirring, and maybe something invisible.

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
